Group Chief Executive Officer
Mark is the founder and Group CEO of Axyon Holdings, a transatlantic investment firm focused on technology, telecommunications and tech-enabled services across the UK and United States. He leads the group's strategic direction, capital deployment, and portfolio oversight.
Alongside Axyon Holdings, Mark serves as CEO of Zeus Cloud, an enterprise cloud infrastructure and investment platform operating across the UK and US, where he has been instrumental in building a portfolio of high-growth technology ventures.
With over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology and financial services, Mark brings deep operational expertise to every investment — working directly alongside founders and management teams through every stage of growth. He holds a degree from the University of Derby and is based in the United Kingdom.
Mark is passionate about building businesses that endure — combining patient capital with hands-on operational support to help category-defining companies reach their full potential.
